Can I change something in my order?

Until your order is sent, it is possible to change in it these following data: billing address, delivery address, e-mail, telephone number. Can I cancel my order?

Order cancellation is possible if the goods have not been packed, so far. You can email us your cancellation request at [email protected]

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay for your order by card – after placing the order.

How can I find out the status of my order?

How long does it take to deliver a package?

Delivery time differs for different products. The goods is delivered to 7-12 working days from placing the order. 

Does my order need to go through customs?

Because your order is dispatched internationally, it has to be cleared through customs. 

What about duties and taxes?

Taxes and duties may change the final price depending on the country in which you are located.

Orders are processed and delivered Monday–Friday, except for national holidays. Be aware that orders may experience longer processing and delivery times during holidays.
